This Ruger 10/22 is going to be custom hydro dipped by the customer themselves. We are so excited to see how it turns out. The chassis is made to our standard design and vapour blasted to provide a surface key for the hydro dipping process. It features all the benefits described above of our chassis system. it comes complete with a full length picatinny rail under the handguard for lights, lasers, bipods etc; a picatinny rail on top for scopes, red-dot sights, etc. the sides of the chassis have a custom CNC milled design. All AR15 style stocks will fits and you can see some examples of the choices that we have been trying out with this rifle. The customer supplied their custom action and barrel and we have built the chassis to fit. Our chassis can be made for any make or model action or barrel that you supply or we can provide it as part of the build. It fits all standard Ruger 10/22 magazines (10, 20 rnds), Triple mag holders, drum magazines, etc can be additional designed into the standard chassis specification.

BOLT AND ACTION: Threads skimmed to run true to the bore; locking buttresses skimmed to run true to the bolt (inc. the front of the action on the same setup); Face of the bolt skimmed along with the locking buttresses; locking buttresses skimmed and lapped into the action to ensure 100% locking on the locking lugs. Tactical bolt handled machined and fitted. Titanium firing pin supplied to decrease locking time. We supplied 2 * 10 round Magazines and 2 * 5 round magazines.
BARREL: Sasson barrel fitted and headspace minimum set at 1 thousands of an inch. Muzzle brake designed, machined and fitted by East Anglian Gunsmiths.
CHASSIS: Bespoke chassis made to the customers spec with design reviews conducted throughout the process. Customer motif/graphic machined into the chassis and fully cerakoted in a colour-shift coating. Premium Luthar MBA1 stock and Hogue Monogrip fitted.
SCOPE: Scope rings by Dolphin and Tier 1 30 MOA rail added. Picatinny accessory rail provided for Harris bipod. Cerakoted to match chassis.
TRIGGER: Upgraded trigger group by Rifle Basix fitted.

A stunning colour-shift cerakoted Ruger 10/22. This is one of our most popular chassis. If the colours look like they change from green to blue to purple… that is because they are…as you move the chassis around, the light catches the coating differently and changes colour. It’s one eye catching gun on the practical rifle shooting range. A lovely balanced rifle that is exceptionally easy to handle.
Any standard Ruger 10/22 barrel and profile will fit our chassis.
Uses original Ruger magazines as well as most aftermarket versions. Although drum magazines require some additional modifications, so please let us know in advance.

A matt grey cerakoted Ruger 10/22. This is one of our most popular chassis. Built for vermin control as well as practical rifle shooting. Perfect for a red-dot sight as well as scope fitted too the top-side picatinny rail.
As a standard Ruger 10/22 barrel and profile, this drops into our chassis and fits. Occasionally some additional fitting is required as each gun can have some variation in it but all this is easily taken into account in the final fitting before Cerakoting to ensure a perfect fit.
